ANOTHER UPDATE!!

We have learned that Councilman Gary Santos filed a zoning appeal this week concerning the zoning district encroachment by the planned Shem Creek parking garage. Based on a 2009 opinion by the SC Attorney General, a member of Town Council, the Mayor, or Town Council as a whole may file zoning appeals.
