SSCC Files Appeal Of Zoning Decision To Town

Save Shem Creek Corp. would like to announce we have filed an appeal to the Town this morning on their decision to allow the Shem Creek parking garage and office building to encroach 30 feet into the protected Marine District zoning area. Here is the letter that was given to the Town today.
